Employee match program

We support the causes our people are passionate about and deepen their impact. Whether mentoring a student or biking to cure MS, we match employees' time and/or money donated to registered non-profits up to $10,000 annually.

Robinson Cares

Robinson Cares is fueled by our enthusiastic employees and community partnerships. Through volunteerism and employee donations, we contribute to our communities and employee-chosen non-profit partners.

Employee Relief Fund

When tragedy strikes or crisis is unavoidable, we come together to help our employees and their families in a meaningful way. The C.H. Robinson Foundation Employee Relief Fund assists employees financially in a time of unexpected need.

Through general operating and program grants to organizations that address hunger, provide shelter, support K-12 education and develop workforce, the C.H. Robinson Foundation helps strengthen the greater metropolitan area of Minneapolis-St. Paul. Scholarship program

By promoting educational advancement for employees, contract carriers, and their dependents, we help individuals reach their goals. Administered by Scholarship America, applications are accepted January through February each year.

Strategic partnerships

We proudly support organizations focused on removing barriers and creating opportunities for all. Through strategic grants, we support Girls Who Code, Truckers Against Trafficking, St. Christopher’s Fund, Women in Trucking, NAACP Legal Defense & Educational Fund, YWCA, National Urban League, and more.
