Hong Kong Cargo Fuel Surcharge Adjustment, September 2023

Dear Valued Customer,

In accordance with the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department’s (HKCAD) announcement of the introduction of Cargo Fuel Surcharge (FSC) mechanism, airlines have announced an increased FSC on all flights for all shipments ex-Hong Kong beginning September 1, 2023. The FSC details are listed as follows: 
 
Long Haul: 

• To North & South America          HKD 2.60/kg
• To Europe & Southwest Pacific   HKD 2.60/kg
• To Middle East & Africa                HKD 2.60/kg
• To Indian Subcontinent*              HKD 2.60/kg 

           *Including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Maldives  
 

Short Haul: 

• To other destinations in Asia      HKD 0.70/kg
